Hello, I am Christie!

Your therapist for life’s hardest seasons

I ’m Christie, a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of Carry Forward Therapy. I work with teenagers, young adults and adults navigating grief, serious illness, and major life transitions — the moments that leave you feeling changed, uncertain, or disconnected from who you used to be. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and grounded in the belief that healing doesn’t mean forgetting what you’ve been through, but learning how to carry it forward with care and meaning.
