Therapy for those learning to carry forward after loss—in all the ways it shows up.

Christie Fiori, LCSW

Supporting grief from death, breakups, illness, and life transitions that change everything.

Grief can take many forms.

Grief can follow the loss of a loved one,
but it can also come from the end of a relationship,
a life-altering diagnosis,
or a version of life you thought you would have.

If something in your life has changed in a way you didn’t choose,
and you’re learning how to live with it—you’re in the right place.

You may be here if…

  • You lost a parent or a spouse and nothing feels the same.

  • You’re going through a breakup or divorce and feel like you lost your future.

  • You’re adjusting to illness—yours or someone else’s.

  • You feel like you’re living a life you didn’t choose.

  • You’re grieving a version of yourself you no longer recognize.

Hello, I am Christie!

Your therapist for life’s hardest seasons

I’m Christie, a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of Carry Forward Therapy. I work with teenagers, young adults, and adults navigating grief—whether from the loss of someone they love, serious illness, or life transitions that bring a deep sense of change and disconnection.

My approach is warm, thoughtful, and grounded in the belief that healing doesn’t mean forgetting what you’ve been through, but learning how to carry it forward with care, intention, and meaning.
