Christie Fiori, LCSW

Your therapist for life’s hardest seasons.

A woman with long blonde hair sitting on a white armchair in a cozy room, smiling at the camera, wearing a white turtleneck sweater, black pants, and black high heels, with a wooden desk and green plants in the background.

I’m Christie, a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of Carry Forward Therapy. I work with teenagers, young adults, and adults navigating grief—most often from the loss of someone they love—as well as serious illness and life transitions that leave you feeling changed, uncertain, or disconnected from who you used to be.

My approach is warm, thoughtful, and grounded in the belief that healing doesn’t mean forgetting what you’ve been through, but learning how to carry it forward with care, intention, and meaning.

I understand that grief doesn’t always look the way people expect—and that not all loss is visible or recognized. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and not alone in what you’re carrying.
