Insurance Accepted

I am licensed in the state of Connecticut and currently accept the following insurance plans:

  • Anthem / Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Cigna / Evernorth

  • Aetna

  • United Healthcare

  • Carelon

  • Oxford

  • Optum

Insurance coverage and benefits vary by plan. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your specific coverage, copay, and deductible details.

Self-Pay

For clients choosing to self-pay, my session fee is:

$130 per 50-minute session

Payment is due at the time of each session.

Out-of-Network & Superbills

If I am out-of-network with your insurance plan, I am happy to provide a superbill upon request. A superbill is a detailed receipt you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.

Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined by your insurance provider.

Payment Methods

Payment is accepted via secure electronic payment. Additional details regarding payment and billing will be reviewed prior to your first session.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
